Conference Fee

Besides the scientific program and the cultural program, the conference fee includes a city travel pass, the conference dinner, a welcome reception, one hard copy of the two books „Mathematical Berlin“ and „Mathematics in the Society of the Future“ and two coffee breaks per day.

Accompanying Persons

Registered accompanying persons will also receive the city travel pass, hard copies of the books „Mathematical Berlin“ and „Mathematics in the Society of the Future“ and are welcome to join the cultural program, the conference dinner, the welcome reception, and the coffee breaks.

Discounts

EMS member conference fee applies to individual members of the European Mathematical Society who paid their dues for the year 2015.

Student will profit of a discounted fee upon presentation of a valid student card in a study program in mathematics or related fields.

Cancellation policy

Prices for cancellation are:

• Eight weeks before conference begin (on 30.05.2016): free of charge
• Four weeks before conference begin (on 20.06.2016): 50%
• After that no refunds possible

Cancellations can be made in written form only (contact kongresse aet tubs punkt de) and will be free of charge if received by 29th May, 2016. After that a cancellation fee of 50% will apply until 19th June, 2016. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows at the event are not eligible for a refund and the full fee in accordance to the registration invoice or confirmation will be due.
